How buying works...
Step 1
Start your shopping adventure by visiting the R&G Marketplace, conveniently located on the main R&G site.
Step 2
Explore all the amazing products available, and be sure to keep an eye out for items that boast the coveted authenticated and warranty icons.

When you’re ready to make a move, creating an account is a breeze – it’s super simple and ensures your offer or purchase is sent straight to the seller in a flash!
Step 4
Once the seller responds, you’ll be promptly notified whether they’ve accepted, rejected, or made a counteroffer. The choice is yours to either make another offer or seal the deal on the counteroffer price.
Step 5
For purchases under £1500, the seller will reach out to you directly to arrange delivery.
Step 6
However, for purchases over £1500, your product enjoys a quick detour to Ride and Glide for authentication before it’s sent off to you. While this might add a touch of extra wait time, trust us, it’s worth it for that added peace of mind!
Step 7
Once your eagerly awaited package arrives, you’ll have a generous 48 hours to confirm it’s in the described condition. For more details
FAQs
How do I buy a bike?
Buying a bike on the R&G Marketplace is super simple. If you are happy with the listed price, just add to cart and checkout. If you want to make an offer just add in your amount to the offer tab and click, send! If you aren’t logged in you may be prompted to do so but it takes just seconds.
Do you offer finance?
Yes we offer a number of finance solutions. Choose either Klarna, Newpay or Paypal at checkout for lots of different options including 0%! Find out more HERE.
Can I split the cost using finance?
For products valued above the amount you would like to finance, you can make up the difference with an upfront deposit. Contact us for more details HERE.
How do I contact the seller?
If you would like to contact the seller to ask a question, just click the “contact seller” button on the product page. They will be notified by email that they have a message waiting for them and if they don’t respond within 48hours then we give them a reminder to try and get things moving. If you still don’t get a reply then contact us and we will contact them on your behalf.
Can I collect the bike myself?
Yes if the seller has agreed to allow collections and the product has sold for under £1500, then we will provide you with a unique code that the seller can verify when you pick up the product. The exchange will need to be managed between yourselves but we can always offer assistance if required.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is £39 for a skateboard, Onewheel or Unicycle, £49 for a Scooter and £69 for a bike. This is a fully insured service so rest assured that your money is safe. Some sellers may also offer collection so keep an eye out for that.
How do I get the product shipped?
We arrange shipping with the seller to make sure it is done with an approved courier, the product is insured and its sent in a timely manner.
What does it mean if a product is Verified?
In a market where there are loads of fakes and poor-quality products, we at R&G are verifying every item that sells for over £1500. This means that you can buy with the confidence that the product you are receiving has been checked and given the stamp of approval by our expert technicians before it gets to you
Do I pay extra for the verification?
No there are no extra costs for the verification.
How long does it take for my product to arrive?
For items under £1500 it should take a couple of days or so for the seller to send your product out but let us know if it is taking longer than that.
For items that come to us for verification it can take just a couple of days longer as we need to check them over for you. This really is a quick process so allow approx. 5-7 days for delivery of products over £1500.
Do I get any warranty on the product I buy?
Generally no but on select items R&G will offer a variable term warranty so keep an eye out for the warranty icon next to a product.
Can I use a cycle to work scheme to purchase my product?
You can but only if it is for an bike being sold by a company. If it is being sold by an individual that it wouldn’t qualify for the Cycle Scheme.
What do I do if the product arrives and is not as described?
In the unlikely event that the product differs majorly from the item described on the marketplace then you are within your rights to return the product at no cost to yourself. You must open a dialogue with the seller straightaway and contact us so we can help facilitate the return. It is important to do this within 48hours of receiving the product, otherwise your money will automatically be released to the seller. Please see here for more information and terms and conditions.
Do I have to build the product when it arrives?
Most products come fully assembled but in some instances you may have to fit a couple of basic parts yourself. The handle bar may need fixing on which is normally as simple as a few screws and you may need to wind the pedals onto a bike but again, very simple. We are always here to help so if you have any issues, just get in contact with us.
