We’ll send you a box to pack your product, or for larger items, a courier will collect. Plus all products are fully insured.

Once your product arrives at R+G HQ it gets the full VIP treatment. We clean, professionally photograph and market your product across our socials, in store and online.
we ship
As soon as it sells, we ship your product to its new owner. The have a 48hour grace period to check the product over and if all is good to go, you get paid straight away!
THE DETAILS
- The cost of the premium package is £200, which is payable upfront and does NOT change based on the value of the product.
- The product must be in full working order and proof of purchase is required.
- We will give it a good clean before photographing but this is within reason. Products that arrive filthy or caked in mud will not accepted.
- If a potential buyer wants to demo the product we will seek your consent first.
- If your item doesn’t sell within 12 weeks, we will contact you to discuss options. This may be to reduce the price, return the product or continue as we are.
- Your product is still subject to the Ride and Glide commission once sold, see rates here.
- We advise that you photograph your product once packaged up to avoid any potential issues down the line regarding damage in transit.
FAQs
How long does it take for my product to go live on the site?
Before a product is added to the marketplace, it gets reviewed by the listing team to make sure everything is correct. This can take up to 2 working days but generally items will go live in just a few hours.
When do I get paid once my product has sold?
As soon as the buyer receives their product, they have 48 hours to approve it. Once they have done that or the 48 hours expires, funds will be released to the seller. This can take up to 7 working days to appear in the sellers account but normally much sooner.
How do I list my product?
Its really simple, just fill the form out which takes a couple of minutes.
What is your premium package?
If you opt for the premium package we give your product the full works. We get it into us, clean it up, photograph it professionally and market it across our website, social channels and google. It increases the chances of a fast sale whilst taking the hassle out of your hands. See HERE for more details.
Can I offer collection or deliver the product myself?
Absolutely, you’re welcome to offer collection or delivery yourself. Just ensure that the buyer verification number is matched to confirm the buyer’s agreement to accept the product. This step is essential to maintain coverage against fraud.
How much does it cost to sell my product?
Listing your product is always free on our marketplace.
Depending on the price your product sells for will determine the commission paid to Ride and Glide post sale:
Up to £300 – 20% (including box and delivery)
£301 to £1500 – 16% (including box and delivery)
£1501 to £2500 – 17.5% (including verification, box and delivery)
£2501 to £3500 – 14% (including verification, box and delivery)
£3501 + – 12% (including verification, box and delivery)
How does the verification process work?
Products that sell for £1500 and above will be authenticated by our technicians before being sent on to the buyer. This may take a couple of extra days but provides the buyer with security that their purchase is legitimate and as described. It also provides the seller with peace of mind that we have passed their product through our screening so should limit any after sales issues. How do I ship my product?
Whether you are shipping to us for authentication or straight to the buyer, we will handle it all for you. For smaller products we normally send out a box with a shipping label so you can package it up and we will collect. For larger items we may use a courier. Please see HERE for all shipping info.
Can I edit or remove my product at any time?
Yes you can edit or remove your product at any time through your sellers portal or just contact us and we can do it for you.
How do I know if someone makes an offer?
You will be notified by email as soon as an offer is made or of any other correspondence. You can also log into your sellers account at any time to check your messages.
Do I pay for shipping?
No, the buyer and Ride and Glide cover all of the shipping costs unless the product is returned because it was not as described.
