Returns and Refunds Policy

Our returns and refund policy lasts 14 days. If you change your mind and you no longer want your product please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have 14 days to return it to us. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Goods sold are NOT refundable if used. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase IF the product and packaging arrive back at Ride and Glide exactly as they were sent out, In their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once a Ride and Glide technician has checked the product and packaging. We may make a deduction from the refund amount for the loss of value of any good supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will advise you on how to return the order to us and provide you with a returns form.

You can use both the Standard and the Fast Charger simultaneously to charge a Dualtron resulting in an 8.25A Charging Current.

It is improbable that a fire will start while charging but always have a Fire Extinguisher nearby.

Never look at the Percentage Indicator for checking the remaining battery or the charge level, instead, look at the Voltage.
A number of users have reported that the charger gets hot while charging : Do not place the charger on top of the deck of the scooter! The radiating heat from the charger could damage the battery cells immediately underneath.
Place your charger ideally on a non-combustible surface
Place your charger on aluminium that can disperse the heat emitted by the charger.
Don’t place your charger on carton material, or textile, or wood or carpet or plastic since it may overheat the immediate surroundings that it comes in contact with.
