The battery range of our products is subject to various factors, including but not limited to rider weight, terrain, ambient temperature, and other environmental conditions. Ride & Glide makes no guarantees regarding the precise range a battery will achieve under real-world conditions. For products purchased at a value exceeding £1500 or bought under the Premium Package, batteries will undergo a full charge and voltage inspection by Ride & Glide Technicians prior to dispatch. This process is intended to verify the battery's general health at the time of purchase. However, this inspection does not serve as an assurance or warranty of the battery's actual performance or range, which will vary depending on the aforementioned factors. For products purchased at a value below £1500 and not covered under the Premium Package, battery inspections will not be conducted prior to dispatch. Any concerns regarding battery performance or condition should be addressed directly with the seller. Where necessary, Ride & Glide may act as a mediator; however, we do not assume responsibility for the battery's condition or performance.
