AMS SUCCESSOR
The Knaap RTD is the successor for the AMS. It has new features added that make the RTD a top-of-the-line Electric Bike, ahead of its time in innovation. The speed comes in at 15mph, allowing the Knaap bike to remain road legal. The range is 85miles which means it’s great for long-distance travel on a single battery charge. Having a removable battery means that you can extend this range if you carry a spare around, in practice doubling the potential range.
FRAME SUSPENSION
The all-new suspension is the show stopper for this electric bike. The suspension is an aluminium alloy spring. The suspension allows the rider to tackle any bumps and unknown terrain whilst feeling like you’re riding on butter. The clarity and smoothness of the ride are hard to match as it’s the new main feature and differentiating factor between the Knaap RTD and AMS.
LIGHTING AND DISPLAY
Making sure you can see during the dark of night is highly important for safety. Allowing you to navigate your way and allowing other people around you to be aware of your presence. The Knaap RTD comes with a large front light and a backlight. Knaap RTD electric bike also comes with an LCD to help you see statistics in an instance such as speed, range, gear, and power assist level.

Charing the Knaap RTD take 4-6 hours this is great for quick overnight charges. The saddle seat for the Knaap RTD Bike is equipped to seat a maximum load of 2 people with a combined weight of around 150kg. The large seat allows for maximum comfort being one the most comfortable and high-quality seats on any electric bike in the world.
