By choosing Ride and Glide to sell your vehicle, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Definitions:
– ‘Owner’ or ‘You’refers to the person looking to sell their vehicle via Ride and Glide.
– We’ or ‘Us’ refers to Ride and Glide.
Delivery and Packaging:
– If you arrange delivery to Ride and Glide, you are responsible for paying delivery fees to get the vehicle to us.
– You must ensure the vehicle is packaged appropriately and arrives without damage. You are liable for any damage or loss during transit. Consider taking out postage insurance to cover potential loss or damage. If Ride and Glide arranges delivery, we can provide insurance at an extra cost.
– If your vehicle arrives damaged, Ride and Glide reserves the right to suggest a reduction in the listing price or return the vehicle at your cost.
– If the vehicle does not match the description provided or has undisclosed damage, Ride and Glide reserves the right to return the vehicle at your cost. Payment for the return delivery must be made before shipment.
Pricing and Sale:
– If the product does not sell at the agreed price within a reasonable time-frame, Ride and Glide will recommend a price reduction. If you agree, we will update the price on the website. If you do not agree, Ride and Glide reserves the right to return the vehicle at your cost.
Selling and Delivery Fees:
– If you need a box to send your vehicle, we can provide one and will inform you of the cost once we know more about your vehicle.
– If you would like Ride and Glide to pick up your vehicle, we can arrange this and inform you of the cost once we know more about your vehicle.
– Once your product has sold, we will make deductions from the sale amount and transfer the remaining balance to your bank account. The deductions are as follows:
1. Sellers fee: 20% of the sale price.
2. Delivery contribution fee: £20 for Onewheel or Electric Unicycle, £40 for an e-scooter, £60 for an e-bike.
Buyer Inspection Period:
– After a product has sold, the buyer has a 48-hour inspection period to return the item if it is not as described. Once the 48-hour period has passed, the sale proceeds will be passed to our accounts team to process the payment to you.
