This level of performance coupled with Apollo’s app technology sets the Apollo Go apart from the competition.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Our returns and refund policy lasts 14 days. If you change your mind and you no longer want your product please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have 14 days to return it to us. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Goods sold are NOT refundable if used. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase IF the product and packaging arrive back at Ride and Glide exactly as they were sent out, In their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once a Ride and Glide technician has checked the product and packaging. We may make a deduction from the refund amount for the loss of value of any good supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will advise you on how to return the order to us and provide you with a returns form.

COCKPIT

You can use the super clear DOT display to see your speed, ride mode and approx battery range. However, the GO comes with a Quad Lock mount pre installed so you can lock your phone in and use it as a display providing the rider with a host of really cool features including ride recording, gps mapping and so much more!

STEM LOCK

Apollo are always looking to improve their designs and the new stem locking system has been upgraded for extra durability giving the rider greater peace of mind.

HUB MOTORS

Apollo have fit 2 x brushless hub motors onto the GO which can now deliver up to 1500w of peak power, incredible for such a compact, sleek scooter.

The lighting on the GO is excellent with a front headlight, rear light and even handlebar indicators. This provides “360” lighting for the rider but also for the people around them, putting safety at the forefront of their design.
