Ride and glide have been very helpful getting me a Segway gt2 as at the time they were so new that they did not have one in stock but in a matter of half an hour I had a email telling me that they could sourse one for me.I have had the gt now for two weeks and I can say that it is exactly what I was looking for.there is a look and a feel that just makes you feel like you are getting something that going to last.the gt comes with a throttle that a have found to be exseptionaly smooth even at very low speeds this makes is very good when using it within a pedestrian environment,but don’t be fooled this scooter is very quick when using the more powerful gear settings ie sport and race with boath wheels angaged. And when doing speeds over 30 mph the scooter feels planted and gives you confidence.I love the blue tooth locking feature coupled with my gps tracker I have no worries about leaving my scooter out side my local shop, but when I leave it for longer periods I do use a cable lock as well.(so have I any gripes) yes but only two, first the horn is not loud enough but as you will see in my pics that you can buy a loud one on line,and the second is the is a bit of a noise comes from the front end when you hit a bump in the road, I am still messing around with the adjustable shocks so maybe this can be rectified with some more adjustment.
