Returns and Refunds Policy

Our returns and refund policy lasts 14 days. If you change your mind and you no longer want your product please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have 14 days to return it to us. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Goods sold are NOT refundable if used. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase IF the product and packaging arrive back at Ride and Glide exactly as they were sent out, In their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once a Ride and Glide technician has checked the product and packaging. We may make a deduction from the refund amount for the loss of value of any good supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will advise you on how to return the order to us and provide you with a returns form.

The EMOVE Cruiser has it all but one of its stand out features is its massive range. The 30ah LG battery is going to provide the rider up to 62 miles on a single charge which for a relatively lightweight scooter is incredible. Range anxiety is a thing of the past for Cruiser riders making every journey so much more enjoyable!

The Cruiser also incorporates 10″ Tubeless Tires for a stable and safe ride. Emove claim that out of thousands of Cruiser riders, less than 0.5% have needed replacements within the first month and most of those were just precautionary spares. Being tubeless (like a car tyre) means that pinched innertubes are a thing of the past and they are strong enough to handle most potholes and rough terrains.

The handlebars and controls on the Emove Cruiser add to its simplicity and functionality. The handlebars fold away and the stem is telescopic for easy portability and also storage. The LCD display is waterproof and each component uses plug and play connectors which make maintenance and replacement so much easier.
