UK Delivery

All items ordered online with us here at Ride and Glide will be dispatched within 24 hours when in stock (except for orders placed on Saturday which will be dispatched on the Monday).

Returns and Refunds Policy

Our returns and refund policy lasts 14 days. If you change your mind and you no longer want your product please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will then have 14 days to return it to us. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Goods sold are NOT refundable if used. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase IF the product and packaging arrive back at Ride and Glide exactly as they were sent out, In their original packaging and unused. Refunds will be issued once a Ride and Glide technician has checked the product and packaging. We may make a deduction from the refund amount for the loss of value of any good supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at [email protected] and we will advise you on how to return the order to us and provide you with a returns form.

Wireless Probe

Dual temperature sensors in the probe can monitor internal meat temperature up to 100°C and ambient temperature up to 275°C. Wireless range up to 50m (Unlimited range with Meater Cloud).

Probe Charger

Store and recharge the probe in the bamboo dock powered by 1x AAA battery. The dock is also fitted with a magnetic backing to conveniently attach to any metallic surface.

Mobile and Tablet App

The Meater app is available on iOS 14.0 and later and Android 8.0 and later. Check your cooking status and get notifications anywhere your smart device has access to the internet. Manage your time better by knowing when your meat will be ready.
